Due to a large increase of last-minute cancellations and no-show appointments, we have been forced to instate a new policy.
If an appointment is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, there will be a $ 50 service fee.
We understand that there are times when a client must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. However, when an appointment is not cancelled in a timely manner, it may prevent another patient from getting much needed treatment.
